-We do not accept any return/exchange requests after 48 hours of the package being delivered.

-To be qualified for a return, items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn. This includes smells of perfume, oils, pet odor or smoke. Once your items are inspected by the store, you’ll get your store credit refund within 48 hours.
-Color differences will not be regarded as product defects.
-We must receive the return items within 5 business days of the return request.
-In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the return item arrives at the store and is approved.
